Absinthe Frappe
Lemon wedge
8 – 10 mint leaves
.5 oz simple syrup
1.5. ozabsinth
2 oz club soda
Muddle lemon, mint, and syrup. Add absinthe.
Whip shake with crushed ice. Add soda.
Strain and serve. Garnish with mint and lemon wedge.
Amaros and Sorrows
1.5 oz Rabarbaro (or other dark amaro)
.5 oz bitter rosso (or bitter red amaro)
1 oz pineapple
.75 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lemon
Egg white
Garnish with lemon twist.
Aperol Spritz
3 oz Prosecco
1.5 oz Aperol
1. oz club soda
1 oz lemon juice
Combine in a glass then top with ice and club soda.
Death in the Afternoon
1 oz absinthe
1 tsp simple syrup
4 oz champagne or prosecco
Don Pone
1.5 oz cognac
.5 oz creme de cacao
.33 oz ginger liqueur
Stir with ice. Rinse glass with 1/12 oz maraschino liqueur. Garnish with candied ginger and grated dark chocolate.
Elderflower Champagne Cocktail
3 oz champagne or prosecco
.5 oz elderflower liqueur
.5 oz lemon juice
Stir in a glass and garnish with a lemon twist
Fairy Godmother
1 oz absinthe
.75 oz elderflower liqueur
.75 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz lemon juice
Je Suis L’Amour
1.5 oz cognac
.5 oz sweet vermouth
.33 oz ginger liqueur
.5 oz grapefruit
.18 oz simple syrup
4 drops chocolate bitters
Garnish with an orange twist
Kir Royal
Add 2-3 tbsp of créme de cassis to each flute and top with champagne.
Lemon Lavender Cordial
12 heads lavender
1 lemon
.75 cup sugar
3.17 cup (750ml) water
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a pan, stirring throughout.
Once boiling, turn off the heat. Add lavender and lemon peels. Stir.
Let sit for 1 hour.
Add lemon juice. Pour into a bottle to stir.

1 oz Campari
1 oz green chartreuse
1. oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
4 drops of 5:1 water:salt
Mon Dernier Mot
1.33 oz cognac
.66 oz yellow chartreuse
.5 oz ginger liqueur
.5 oz lemon
Garnish with candied ginger.
Stormy Morning
1.5 oz créme de violette
1.5 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz lime juice
Top with champagne and garnish with a lime wedge.
Rosé All Day
2 hulled strawberries
4 oz chilled rosé
1 oz Aperol
.5 oz lemon juice
Soda water
Muddle strawberries in a glass then add rosé, Aperol, and lemon. Top with ice and soda water. Stir and serve.
Strawberry Rosé Sangria
1 medium orange, halved
1 honey crisp apple, chopped
1 cup thinly sliced strawberries
.25 cup elderflower liqueur
1 bottle dry rosé
Squeeze half of the orange into a pitcher. Slice the other half. Combine all ingredients and chill then serve.
Violet Champagne
1.5 oz créme de violette
1 oz créme de violette
Topped with 4 oz champagne
Winter Perfect Sicilian Spritz
2 oz cranberry-infused aperol (2-1 aperol and cranberries, blended)
3 oz prosecco
1 oz blood orange soda
Garnish with orange wheel and rosemary sprig.
