.5 oz Benedictine
.5 oz lemon juice
.66 oz simple syrup
1 dash orange bitters
Egg white

Flame an orange twist and discard, garnish with ground cinnamon.

First Frost

1.5 oz white rum
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz green chartreusese
.5 oz dry vermouth
.5 oz apple cinnamon syrup (1 chopped green apple; 1 broken cinnamon stick, .5 cup water & sugar)

Hemingway Daiquiri

2 oz white rum
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz Maraschino liqueur
.5 oz lime juice

Hunter’s Verdict

2 oz aged rum
.75 oz amaro Montenegro
.25 oz ginger liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters

Stir and serve in a rocks glass over ice block with orange slice garnish.

Saint-Marc Daiquiri

2 oz white rum
.5 oz Benedictine
.18 oz absinthe
.75 oz lime
.5 oz simple syrup

Garnish with lime wheel.

Winter Cocktail

2 oz spiced rum
1 tsp all-spice dram
1 tsp ginger liqueur
.5 oz lime
1 tsp sugar
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Top with tea or hot water to make a hot toddy variant.
