Shake and pour over ice. Top with grapefruit soda.

Cinnamon Tequila Sour

2 oz tequila reposado
.5 oz orange liqueur
.25 oz agave syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
Egg white

Garnish with ground cinnamon.

Devil’s Margarita

1.5 oz tequila blanco
1 oz lime
.75 oz simple syrup
Red wine float with a lime wheel garnish

.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura
1-2 dashes hot sauce (optional)

.5 tbsp sugar or .75 oz simple syrup

Soda water

Add torn mint leaves, lime, tequila, sugar, and crushed ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball. Top with soda water.

Monte Paloma

1 oz tequila reposado
.75 oz amaro Montenegro
1 oz grapefruit juice
.2 oz agave
.5 oz soda water

Ocean Water

2 oz tequila blanco
.5 oz blue curaçao
1 oz lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup or agave
12 oz Topo Chico bottle

Empty half of the Topo Chico and pour shaken ingredients into the bottle

Paloma

2 oz tequila blanco
.5 oz lime
2 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz of agave or simple syrup

Stir until chilled and top with club soda

Patron Pomegranate Cocktail

1.5 oz tequila reposado
.5 oz orange liqueur
3-5 oz pomegranate juice
Splash of lime juice

Pour tequila and orange liqueur into a small glass with ice. FIll with pomegranate juice and top with lime juice.

Ranch Water

3 oz tequila blanco
.5 – .75 oz lime juice
Topo Chico mineral water

Combine in a glass and top with Topo Chico.

Rosemary Mint Tequila Smash

10 mint leaves
8 fresh raspberries
.5 oz agave
1 oz lime juice
2 oz tequila blanco

Muddle mint, berries, syrup, and lime juice in a glass. Stir in the tequila then top with crushed ice.

Siesta

2 oz tequila blanco
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.75 oz agave
.5 oz Campari

Spicy Cucumber Margarita

1 lime wedge
1 2-inch peeled piece of cucumber, quartered lengthwise & crosswise
1.5 oz tequila blanco
1.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz orange juice
1 tsp agave
1 thin jalapeño slice

Muddle cucumber and lime wedge, add all other ingredients. Shake and serve with jalapeño slice.

Summer Tequila Mix

.5 cucumber, seeded
Juice from 2 limes
1 tbsp agave
Handful of mint leaves
Water for blending
4.5 oz tequila blanco

Blend cucumber, lime juice, agave, mint, and water until smooth. Strain and chill.
Shake mix and tequila and serve over ice. Serves two

.25 oz oregano simple syrup
4 dashes grapefruit/citrus bitters

Stir everything in a glass filled with crushed ice.
